BlueCoat PacketShaper showing all traffic origination from Sophos Web
Appliance, not individual clients
Ever since implementing Sophos Web Appliance (Web Filter), I'm seeing all
traffic in our PacketShaper coming from our Sophos Web Appliance now, and
not individual clients since we started implement to Sophos Web. We need
to be able to see traffic from individual clients, and not just seeing all
the traffic proxying through Sophos Web.
Sophos Web is configured in Transparent mode via WCCP, receiving traffic
from our firewall.
Support from both companies has been pointless on this issue. Does anyone
out there run both of these two systems? How do you have the topology
configured?
